Alexa Gabler first opened the doors of Element Equestrian in 2010, and is now located just off Kangaroo rd. in beautiful Metchosin, B.C. Alexa and the Element Team strive to provide the best individually tailored care to each and every resident equine. Alexa is a Registered Coach with Equine Canada, offering over 20 years of experience in the equine industry, and backed by many generations of equine knowledge before her. The vision for Element has always been to offer a safe, inclusive and educational environment to all, and we are proud to have such a wonderful team of both human and equine teachers!

 

The safety, health and comfort of our wonderful horses is paramount. To help ensure all riders adhere to good horsemanship practices, we insist that students become educated in all aspects of horse care and stable management along with their riding, whether pleasure or competitive. We offer a variety of classes to both children and adults to cover these topics! 

 

Alexa teaches - and competes - primarily in Hunter and Jumper disciplines, specializing in Show Jumping. Dressage is also a fundamental part of the training routine for all riders, and Dressage/flat only lessons are always available to riders that are not interested in Jumping.
